The room is clean and comfortable

The cleaning staff would enter rooms in the morning without permission to ask if they could clean it, I didn’t appreciate that especially because we would be asleep. I suggest adding a doorbell or just offering cleaning when requested only. Also about the parking, we were told it’s full and weren’t allowed in the parking lot but when we went we saw multiple empty slots.
