Amani Villas Nature Retreat

Loved the quiet and remote location. Breakfast was great, the staff very friendly and the place was cozy.

It rained quite a lot and a lot of water got inside every time (consider some glass windows maybe?).

The views are beautiful and the environment is very peaceful. The villa is beautiful, spacious and great value for money. The food is nice and the staff are flexible and accommodating. Considering the fact that you'll have most of your food at the hotel because other places are far away, the prices are not too bad. Just western adjacent, I'd say. Having a lovely secluded beach so close is great. Lots of nice touches like a telescope and easel and paint (even though I didn't fully use them) The cleaning was daily and thorough, including the pool. There was a turndown service on one evening. (not sure what happened on the other nights)

At least on two occasions what I wanted to eat was not available. The electricity kept cutting in and out at night, which affected the breathing machine I use to sleep. Some of the huge bugs that attacked me at night, but that's not the retreat's fault! A little confusion around what I would need to pay cash for and what I could settle by card at the end of the stay. Just best to keep cash on you. A remote location has it's benefits such as the peace and quiet. However, when it rains the mud roads are hard to drive on. Taxi rides are expensive. Beach bag and towel are provided. Would be nice if closer to the beach there were some beach chairs like some of the other resorts have. No kettles in your room but you can ask for a flask of hot water. The WiFi was weak (but probably a good thing for unplugging and resting)

Almost everything!!! So quiet and remote here, we were the only guests so it was very peaceful. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The villa is comfortable and spacious

Scared of dogs so had to keep asking the staff to move them. There are loads of bugs but that is to be expected. You kinda have to eat all meals there as you are very remote but the food is delicious

It stayed true to its name - it really was a nature retreat. The surroundings were completely secluded and beautiful. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Our daughter's highlight was the private plunge pool. She really enjoyed herself.

The only thing I would want them to improve would be to have a proper menu for food, or maybe add more variety. However, whatever we had was amazing.

We had an awesome weekend. The stuff is amazing and the location ist very nice. We have been lucky enough to be the only guests which made this experience very special.

The bed is quite firm

As the name says, it a real Nature's Retreat.. Beach is few min away but it's all private.. Probably you will have all the kilometres stretch of beach only for you.. Cleanliness is pretty notable, the staff is pretty hard working. Manager Martina and her assistant Sicilia are pretty good.
