Amani Villas Nature Retreat

We stayed 2 nights in this paradise-like place. The service and the whole staff is so lovely and perfect. And yes, the food is brilliant! The private Villa is so relaxing, quiet and there is everything you need. Every day, you get 2 fresh bottles with water and even in the evening, you get the bed prepared during dinner.In case the bed is to hard, you easily can put the lounge chair mattresses from outside, under the sheets and then it's soft. You have fresh flowers in the villa and the daybed in the rooftop terace is brilliant. In the beginning of high tide it's brilliant for swimming and even snorkeling for some fishes. And it's perfect, because there are absolutely no sea urchins (seeigel)! We absolutely loved it and are already thinking to come back again at the end of our trip.

if you’re not pet friendly sometimes you have the dogs who’s coming around your villa but they’re not agressive at all.

Fantastic resort. Very luxurious and big. Great value for money!!! The food was amazing. I would highly reccommend this resort to anyone who wants to relax. The private pool is a fantastic feature. The beach is a short walking distance but is also private and not busy. Thank you Amani for a great stay! you guys rock! Thank you to Gloria who was an exceptional host.

Beautiful villas. Very Private. 10min to plenty of good restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast is nice every morning. Dinner is pretty good, little expensive but nice for a night in. Recommend for a romantic getaway.

The bed was so hard, we brought the day bed from the upstairs and put it on top of the bed.

Everything was perfect: all the staff very polite and friendly, the food was amazing, the villa is new and It has every detail (telescope to see the starts, easel and paints for painting, 2 double beds (one inside and other upstairs to take a nap with the breeze).

Nothing, no complaints at all. The way up to the beach could be a bit easier to walk through but It is a very minor complaint.

We spent only two nights here, but what a bliss! The villa was beautiful. The decoration, the colours. A hot shower! (Our first in Tanzania!). There is not really a beach, but if you walk a bit to the right, you will find a beautiful patch of white sand! Do not hesitate to opt for half or full board because the food is amazing! The south African cook makes really tasty dishes with fresh ingredients. And the staff is incredibly nice. We felt really good taken care of. They were super kind and discrete. Highly recommended!
