Beautifully clean. Even the sofa bed was very comfortable.

Only negative was there was 3 of us in the room on only 2 chairs at the table. That is just me being picky.

The lifts are slow!

I liked the space and the modern look, good location for us too. I was happy to be able to drop my bags after getting up early for my flight and arriving before check in. Easy check out too

I wasn't best pleased when I arrived back to the apartment on check in day at 3:20pm to be told my apartment was cleaned but hadn't been inspected and I wasn't able to check in. I eventually managed to check in at 4:20 after sitting in reception the whole time waiting which I didn't think was acceptable. The compensation I was offered was a drink. I was fairly disappointed at this, watching many others arrive at reception after me and checking in smoothly. I'd be more disappointed if I learned this was because of late check outs but I don't know if this was the case.

Excellent location close to tram and lots of coffee houses and reaturants . Staff were super friendly and helpful .Room was lovely and clean with everything you needed including lively little bottles of milk . Lovely quiet room with a city view
