I was given a room upgrade on arrival which was a pleasant surprise. I ate in the restaurant and was offered a discount on my meal because my first choice was not available. Nice to see proactive service like this. Also air conditioning in the room was great - very effective but not noisy!

No suggestions to make. A really good stay.

The bed was really comfortable and room spacious and clean

The room was very hot and the climate control was locked so you couldn’t put on the air conditioning. The shower control had a piece missing was really difficult to adjust the temperature of the water.
