Location was good. Room was spacious and comfortable with great views

Breakfast was chaotic. The hotel was busy but we had to constantly wait for plates, glasses for juice, cups for the coffee and for hot food to be topped up. It is a buffet set up so this should have been avoidable

Clean bedroom, excellent location for Etihad or Co op arena

Shower was dirty. Absolute chaos at breakfast even though it was a Sat morning when you would expect it to be busy. Not much veggie option, no staff to ask to order for vegetarian options

The room, the cleanliness of the room and the amenities all very good. Check in was straight forward as well. We had a key each and when we returned from our concert at around 11.15pm there was security on the door checking that we were residents of the hotel, ensuring our safety which was really appreciated. Hotel was in a good position, 15 mins walk from Piccadilly Station and 20 mins to the Etihad for the Take That Concert. The room was great cleanliness of room was really good too.

At breakfast, Staff didnt keep items that were running low topped up. for example, I had to ask for milk and tea, as they had run out. Fruit choices and availability was low. Sides were not kept clean when there was spills. I saw who I thought was the manager reminding his staff to do things. I have stayed in different Leonardos previously, and breakfast is lovely. Would have been nice to have more than one black tea bag each in the room.

Lovely modern clean hotel, decent sized rooms. Location was perfect as we were going to a concert at the Etihad Stadium. It’s a an easy 25 minute walk to & from the stadium. Had a great buffet breakfast the next morning.

Whilst I had no idea how to change the air con, the room was cool despite the heat wave

The bedding and towels in the room were dirty. The bedding had marks all over it and lipstick on the towels. Thankfully as there were two beds, and spare towels in the room, I could swap them but I shouldn’t have had to. Most of the staff were miserable bar one younger lad on the bar who also assisted in the restaurant. The service for dinner was appalling. I was completely ignored and had to ask for a menu, ask where to sit, ask to order. I was stood at the ‘wait to be seated’ sign and even who I can only assume was a manager as he was wearing a suit jacket just pushed past me. Really disappointing service. On the second day of my stay, the restaurant was really busy at breakfast and the staff could not keep up. Really strange that there is no water with the juices, it appears that is in the reception area.

Room and location were great.

Breakfast too busy. Had to wait for a table. Seated at table by staff then had to move because it was someone else's. No cups or glasses for hot drinks. No milk. Food and drinks ran out extremely quickly.
