Couldn't fault hotel, room, staff facilities. Well situated for the Etihad Stadium

Needed more staff on at breakfast time, especially as there was a big event on at the Etihad Stadium. Staff that was on did what they could, but were ran off their feet. Maybe stagger breakfast times.

Great location for Etihad Stadium- very comfy beds- great air conditioning - restaurant staff work extremely hard and are very helpful

Breakfast wasn’t very well organised- juice machine overflowing and others not working- staff working hard but having to work extra hard clearing up due to faulty equipment- fruit set out near hot food and didn’t see this until the end - could be better positioned - could be amazing with small tweaks

"Lovely rooms, comfy beds, sort your water system out!"

Close proximity to the etihad stadium

The breakfast wasn’t included in the price and there was some sort of regular high pitched noise whilst we tried to sleep and on a morning o presume it was the water when someone is running any water! It was annoying and could also hear it through my earplugs!
