Lækkert værelse, med både køleskab og mulighed for at lave kaffe/te på værelset.

Hotellet er ikke gearet til mange mennesker til morgenmaden. Der havde været både koncert og fodboldkamp i byen dagen forinde. Morgenmaden kunne indtages mellem 7-11, vi kom ned ved 9.30 tiden, og skulle vente i kø i 15 min før der var ledig plads, og derud over måtte vi hele tiden spørge efter opfyldning, da mange fade/skåle/beholdere var tomme. Selve udvalget var hverken stort eller noget prangende.

The waitress was good who served us

End of night we ordered pizza and we knew was going to be 30 mins and then the wrong one came and had to wait for correct one. Waitress was good managing situation though. The queues for check-in and check-out too long and hopefully they can think of better system to manage duriybusy periods.

The room was very nice and the bar area was nice too

The breakfast experience was appalling , it was a busy weekend and the hotel was very full . The staff couldn’t cope with this , there was no cups clean , most of the food ran out and took alot of time to refill I paid a lot of money to stay here as I wanted a special comfortable experience and it was hectic . Would never return 😕

Room was spotless when we arrived. Very quick check in and check out.. Convenient location for Etihad stadium.- Straight walk. Also very close to Piccadilly Station. Breakfast was well prepared. We went for breakfast at 8.30 on a Sunday and there were plenty of available tables. As we left at 9.30 there was a long queue waiting for tables. Clearly going earlier is advised.Having a fridge with bottles of water supplied was much appreciated.

Couldn't find any marmalade at breakfast. More ordinary teabags on the drinks tray in the room would have been helpful although there were lots of different types of teabags.

Stripped the bed and mattress was not good need mattress protector to stop the stains

Hotel and room was clean and comfortable. The location was great for a concert we were attending at the Etihad.

For a four star hotel, there was no bottled water in the room which would have been welcome on arrival. Although there was good choice at breakfast, everything was running out. Porridge, glasses for juice, cups for tea and coffee, honey, waiting for cutlery amongst many other things. So there was a lot of waiting around for things to be replenished after you asked for them. They were saying the problem was that everyone had come for breakfast at the same time! If theres a massive concert going on and your hotel is full, I think it’s a good idea to be prepared at breakfast with adequate amount of staff!
