"overpriced and breakfast was total chaos"

Booked a twin room but given a double (321).Very clean bathroom but bedroom all paint work scuffed covered by large curtains. Panel window that didnt open. Breakfast was chaos.had to wait for table.Not enough cups glasses cutlery had to ask several times.Was told they were just being washed. they had to many guest booked in that wanted breakfast due to take that concert.Coffee machine was not working because it needed filling.no fruit. No milk for cereal. Not impressed.

"Just what we were looking for!"

Great location for the Etihad Stadium and transport links. Bed was very comfortable. Room was a good size, and the air conditioning a real bonus during this hot weekend. A clean and efficient hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I am unable to comment on the food or service.

We had to request more tea bags and milk as there was only one for each of us in the room, and we are big tea drinkers!
