Staff was super friendly and serviceable

They don’t advertise clearly enough the fact that they do not clean the rooms and that there is no kitchen ware

The facility was clean and neat, everything you need from home away from home

Most definitely the neighbors, wall banging and yelling is a no go for us.

I liked the front desk staff

Everything aside from staff was disappointing. The counter wasn’t properly clean. I jammed my finger in the poorly placed cabinet that didn’t shut properly; I went to the doctor last week since it still hurt and found out I had a hairline fracture. I was woken up at 4 am by the person’s alarm next door. They never turned it off, so it kept sounding for over half an hour. No one was at the desk so I had to use the “lobby” phone. Someone picked up who was incredibly rude and nasty; she did nothing to help. I also had a phone in my room that didn’t work the entire time I was there. I paid for better internet, which I never received. And the bed was wobbly. The only decent thing about this hotel was the front desk when they were there during the day. I contacted the hotel manager and never heard back.
