The pool wasn’t open

This day at this hotel was unpleasant and it wasn't what it described online I had mixed feelings about the reviews because some were good somewhere bad so I thought I'd get this place a chance but when I got there it was very horrible The mattress was staying they will stains on the wall the door handles were broken there was roaches coming out of the cabinets and out of the walls They did not provide remotes for the TVs even after calling multiple times I couldn't even get a refund after staying there and not having a good place to stay it's very unfortunate but I will give this place a negative one star because I cannot give a zero I would not recommend this place to anyone

Had to leave after 5 minutes of arriving. Service was HORRIBLE. Poor communication. Total waste of money. Plastic bags over smoke detectors, safety hazard!!

No towels, no dishes, no pots or pans, no silverware, microwave doesn't work (doesn't heat), ac was great, pin code doesn't work, but employees had to get hard key to let me in my reserved room.

Too slow to respond to AC issue on a very hot day. Took 2 + hours to move me to a different unit. Unit had no waste bins and no hooks to hang towels.

Lots of roaches

It was brief. The microwave was dirty, I cleaned it. Roaches came out throughout the stay, babies and big ones. If I’d had another $20 I probably would’ve stayed, but I slept in, so I had to check-out at 11. Which is also ridiculous that I have to wait for my deposit 5-7 days, hopefully it comes tonight.

They literally have roaches. We saw 2 and that was enough for me to never return. Homeless people weren’t a huge deal. Some sketchy people staying at the motel but everyone kept to themselves . Originally We were going to extend our stay but instead went and found a clean hotel up the freeway .
