Had to go out and buy tv remote battery’s to be able to watch television and also had to buy toilet paper as was not provided! Only one set of towels was included in the room even though I booked for two guests and the door to the bathroom was stiff so I couldn’t open and close the door when my partner managed to close the door for me I got stuck in the bathroom until he came to open the door for me

Right here goes. I've used booking.com non stop through work an never been let down but with no fault to booking.com I booked a room with Bv apartments. In the past which is nearly every week I cluck on view the room an pay the same as in this case I booked the room it give me a booking reference number an a pin code Took the money from my account Then as u was 1.2 miles from the property I start getting emails telling me I need to pay a further £100 it did state on the very small fine print but it does not show on the actual advert I did not have the £100 as I only get a small substance money for work accommodation. I called the properties an it went through to a women miles away who give me the number to the 2 landlords Mr Abdul an Mr moud I called 14 times to ask for my money back an the women on the phone who the calls kept going through continued to laugh on the phone. I then decides to knock on the door an found it was open not secure. On entry the floors were stained there was a washing machine room full of rubbish am mold an walls chipped there was rubbish all down the street I them kept on calling an never got a refund. My word of advice to anyone. An I am not just saying this because of my bad experience... do not stay at this property its a scam its dirty an as I work an working toward health and safety it should be closes down..

Everything as stated above It's a scam it's stated the rate but not the deposit in the advert U have to scroll down to fine print There is no way of calling the management The property is not luxury There is rubbish inside Floors stained ripped wall paper Walls chipped Paint coming off Bikes in hall way Zero movement Rubbish in back garden An never got my money back Never even stayed

Facilities in the room. Not a very nice neighbouhood. Last minute demand for a £100 security deposit. Very difficult to park on the street only even though they advertised free parking
