Hayy Studios Blackhouse

Booked here for 3 nights inbetween moving house. The cooker was filthy and hasnt been cleaned for sometime. My room was next to the rear exit and washing machines where on until after 11.30pm with people loading washing in. Wasnt ideal. After booking i was sent a email to pay a deposit which was not mentioned and 7 days after checking out still had no refund and no reply to emails. Definitely cannot recommend this place. Was cheap but with the deposit not being refunsed i could of stayed somewhere much better for less.

Manager would look after you, Easy check in no issues comfortable stay

very difficult to get in as there was confusing with the key very noisy from the host upstairs talking and walking about until 1.00 am children playing in garden throwing ball against the wall bed not very comfy springs sticking up

Great communication with manager. Great deal on price. Always flexible.

Always feel welcome here! The lady who runs the house is always friendly!! And is always there if you need anything she could be a better host
