"Great base for a weekend away"

Great amount of space. Really comfy beds. Great location for us. Had all the essentials. Good sized rooms. Had everything we needed for a little weekend away

Shower was a little slow, lacked water pressure. House very echoey due to no carpets and high ceilings, this also made it quite cold initially. Sofas not that comfy and not enough seating for the rooms available.

Parking was a nightmare and as such shouldn't really state with parking as took hours to find one, having to drop family off and drive around and this was at 4.30 pm

"Clean, comfortable, bright stay"

The house was very clean, comfortable, bright, everything was fine. Really enjoyed the stay and the house. Plenty of towels, cushions on the bed to relax and all the kitchen stuff. capsules of milk and biscuits was a good touch. Went out during the day to local guides, everything is within reach, not too much of a far drive.

parking but this is not in the owners control. this is more for people looking to book, we arrived at about 5.30pm and i drove around to park, luckily someone came out and i got in. in the evening we went out to a local place to eat and the second night we got takeaway, made use of the dining table. Avoid going out in the car in the evening, there is hardly any space. We went out during the day and came back at about 4pm and there were car parking space. You can work around car parking issue.

"Cleanliness and size of house was excellent"

The house was clean and big. There was tea and coffee and lovely towels.

The car parking was shocking - this really spoilt our stay. We found a car park around a 15-minute walk from the house. The beds were soft and a little uncomfortable as it was two singles together. The neighbourhood was noisy after dark. The shower needs some perfecting.
