Self catering. Location was great for local attraction albeit parking can be a little tricky.

plenty of room for the family so we could stay in one place to use as a base to catch up with family

the only negative is the parking but at the end of the day it’s a residential street so the earlier you can park the better as in description after 6pm is quite difficult so if the need to go a restaurant etc..which we wanted we thought it’s just easier to get a taxi than worrying about parking when we got back

The property was lovely and clean on arrival and the communication with the owner was great.The property had everything we needed for a long weekend away and was in a great location for visiting the sites

The house is a very good size and comfortably accommodated our party of 6. The house was clean and tidy and smelled very fresh. The kitchen facilities were good enough for a short stay. The beds were comfy and the property was minimally but quite tastefully decorated and furnished. We liked the fact that there's a downstairs cloakroom and the bathroom. We liked the fact that there were WiFi access notices all over the property. There was a very small issue in that the bedrooms were not set up as we'd asked. I notified the owner purely to make them aware so they can ensure for future bookings, and they offered to come over straight away to rectify. I felt that communication with the property owner was very good and I feel that they seek to ensure that things are right and look to rectify if something isn't.

Personally, I did not like the bath as it was very high to step into to use the shower. The shower wasn't great either. I feel it would be better (and more accessible for someone not able to easily step into the bath) if this was changed to a low shower tray. That said, it was clean and usable. PARKING is problematic here, although we know there's nothing the property owner can do about this. However, I do feel that people should be aware that this property is situated in a very populated area and parking after about 18.00 is very challenging!

The property was beautifully presented. The host went the extra mile leaving some basics like milk, bread , tea and coffee plus a few treats which my children especially apprieciated. I would highly recommend to anybody!
