Vivanta Pakyong is an awesome resort. Go for premium pool view rooms which have lovely views . Entire hotel staff from F&B to housekeeping to front office to General Manager all are doing marvelous work. Keep it up 👍🏼

"Very scenic view of the mountains and leisure time due to good service"

The property was good. Services were very good. Staff were very nice. The breakfast spread was nice. They had prepared breakfast earlier also when we had to leave early. The property was well maintained and it had gorgeous look of Gangtok city

The road to the property can be iimproved. Also if need to have some recreational things like TT or Pool table for in-house activity

"Ok experience ( only cuz of the the condition of the roads....they are pretty bad!! )"

The staff are amazing ....Mr Chetri the executive chef, Mr Suren the F&B Manager are great gentleman who did everything from their end. Their staff Pemma, Piming and Anisur were also great, courteous and williing to go the extra mile!

The road to the hotel is horrible, during our stay their was an episode of unruly guests fighting and hurling abuses at one another which wasn't comfortable to say the least...when reported it was brought under control.
