Holiday Motel Lordsburg I-10

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The rate was very reasonable.

No breakfast even though listing showed breakfast. At check-in the manager tried to charge 3% more for using a credit card. I showed the reservation total and he backed off and gave me the reservation price. The motel is right across the road from the train tracks and near an intersection so there was train noise and horns all night. The bathroom door jam had been damaged and the door would not latch. No stopper in the sink. No spare toilet paper. I would not recommend this motel even the though the price was attractive.

Strong sewer odor

Visiting with family felt convenient from arrival to departure. The room condition was neat and welcoming. Staff showed genuine care in their service.

Great place for a relaxing stop. The room was tidy, the environment was quiet, and the service was excellent. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay that exceeded my expectations

Staying here helped avoid unnecessary delays. The room carried a clean and balanced feel. Staff were consistently supportive.

There was a shower and a roof

The mini fridge didn’t work. The premium channels were out on the television. The toilet or septic system or whatever was messed up. My toilet wouldn’t flush. And at 9 o’clock in the morning one of the staff unlocked my door and walked in without announcing. The older gentleman at the front desk was offensive in ways but he’s alright.

When I showed up to check in, a gentleman reeking of marijuana and alcohol checked me in. I notified him I had a service animal and went to show him the id card for her and he very rudely informed me it didn’t matter, I would be charged a pet fee. I googled and showed him where that was illegal and he blew me off and was rude, telling me “he wasn’t going to argue with me.” Then I pointed to the sign on his counter and read it to him where it said, “pet policy: we do not charge a fee for service animals.” He threw my id back across the counter and continued to be belligerent and rude saying, “my manager goes back and forth on it.” I get to the room, you can immediately smell sewer and mildew. I found an inch long cockroach on the floor, the refrigerator did not work, and I certainly was not going to ask the front desk for anything else as he had already been such a delight to deal with. It was quiet, is about the only good thing I can say about that place, which is nice when you’ve had a long day and have to get up at 2am. However I will not be returning and would not recommend anyone stay there.

Clean, nice staff, spacious room, comfortable beds.

The floor's just so cold.
