Holiday Motel Lordsburg I-10

Wish I could give negative stars. Paid cash upon arrival and was then charged by Booking.com as a no show.

Most everything! Desk clerk was wearing camo pant and vest with no shirt. He was grumbling about my card so I asked if cash was easier. He said yes and that there was an additional charge for using credit card. I paid, we got our room key and stayed in the room for approx 5 hours. The Tv remote was broken, fridge didn’t work, microwave sounded like it was going to blow, cracked floor tiles in bathroom and the oldest /hardest mattresses I have ever seen. The front desk personnel claim we didn’t stay (yet we have the room key) and then claimed we didn’t even show up. OYO customer service said we would have to work it out with the front desk and Booking.com wasn’t much help either and didn’t seem to understand that I paid in cash, had stayed in the decrepit room, and simply wanted the no show charge removed. No one should have to pay close to $200 (98 in cash and 83 credit card no show charge) for a hotel that frankly, I was worried may have bed bugs. I have resorted to disputing the charge with my bank because, while I have submitted evidence of my stay, the shirtless hotel clerk seems to be believed over me when I have given more than enough evidence that I am being truthful. How would I have been given a room key if I didn’t pay and didn’t stay the night? The whole experience has soured me to using booking.com.

Awesome service. Checked in at 11 pm and desk clerk was super friendly. Processed reservation quick and had me in mynroom in less than 5 minutes. Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. I stay here every time I travel

If this is a 3 star, then I don’t know what 1 star or 0 star looks like. The reception guy was extremely rude, charged us 3% to use credit card which was not mentioned on Booking.com at all. The room was shabby and basic. There was some small particles on the bed under the blanket. There were only two small bars of soup, without any shampoo or body wash. First room that was given to us was filled with smoke smell though we were asked to sign a paper that we’d be fined if we smoked in the room. There were two holes on the sheet from cigarettes. Don’t really waste your time and money to come here! There are much better places to be.

The guy at the front desk tried to overcharge us because of the weather. I argued and he finally changed the amount to what was on booking.com. Won’t be staying there again.

Comfortable and clean.

Small motel. I didn't have much interaction with the receptionist. He had check in organized so it went fast. The room was recently painted and there was evidence of ongoing work to make it nicer. There were some things one comes to expect that were missing: kleenex, shampoo. I didn't ask to see if they were available at the desk. Coffee was available in the morning.

My wife and I did not get more than an hour's sleep all night. A train goes by right across the street every half hour and an cuts loose with a blood curly blast of a horn. The manager was hard to find. There was nothing about this place that we liked. We will never, ever stay here again. the worst motel in the US... so far.

We will never, ever stay here again. The worst motel in the US... so far.

I loved it for all the trains rolling by. My enamorata, not so much.
