"Great but.."

Relatively great stay. Hotel is new. Checkin was smooth and staff at the reception desk are always helpful. Only downside is..housekeeping and the mini bar lady. This lady (not house cleaning) knocked on 3 separate days to check the mini bar of my room. Each time she only knocked ONCE, and forced herself into the room. I complained twice about this. I believe the hotel should ask Housekeeping to check the mini bar everyday while cleaning. Rather than have separate staff come in to check the mini bar unannounced. Good points: location is 10/10 Restaurants on the premises are 10/10

"New option in Bastos area highly recommended"

This is a really nice property near many good restaurants in the Bastos area of town. Good security and covid sensitivity. Staff very friendly and efficient. Room was well appointed for business travelers. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good pub menu at the bar with option to dine outdoors by the pool. Bar area is huge but a little sterile—-needs some decoration. Only negative was that card keys for room entry kept failing. We would definitely stay here again.
