The overall experience is wonderful. The staff are attentive, helpful and very welcoming. The hotel room is welll-maintained and all the service info on the TV screen are very apt and useful.

The location is a bit off-putting coz its a bit far from the main Kuta town. Nevertherless the shuttle service helps. The location is actually very good coz its quiet and very private.

Staff are lovely , food was great

No bathrooms near pool or restaurant or swim up bar that is next to pool , the ones that are closest where full of people just spending a day at hotel with garbage inside bathrooms bathrooms were soaked in water from children spraying and playing inside the bathroom . No shampoo or anything to rinse off . Mold inside our room and weird smell all over hotel super musty . This hotel has a massive humidity problem . So sad to see this already bad maintenance in such a brand new property .
