Lovely property, great amenities. Staff were very helpful. Awesome buffet breakfast and genuinely lovely staff in the restaurant.

Was initially neglected by staff whilst waiting to check in. We had to have the balcony doors repaired as they wouldn’t work properly. And the staff had to mop the floors as the condensation was huge as the aircon wasn’t on (floors and walls damp). The other thing is that you can’t order a cab. You must book and use a hotel vehicle (which is more than double the price, they’ve frozen Bluebird out). At least the shuttle was free!

The daily buffet breakfast was amazing and didn’t disappoint. The rooms were a perfect size and always clean. The facilities and grounds were always well maintained. Overall a very good experience.

The day spa treatment was average and the rooms were bright and really cold. It lacked the ‘day spa’ feel.
