Lugnet, personalen och restaurangerna. Närheten till poolen och stranden samt så behagliga strandbäddar med parasoll. Och personalen gjorde allt för att vi skulle få den bästa servicen samt semestern hos dem. Vill tacka extra till Dila, Johan, Wahyu, Satria, Karim, Zomi till övriga personer vi kom i kontakt med. Möttes varje dag av ett smile och sån vänlighet. Tack till Johan som hjälpte oss att komma i kontakt med Lombok Transport Rental som tog oss med på en heldagstur upp till Gili T&Gili Air för snorkling med sköldpaddor. Tack Robby Toppen restauranger ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

- Umfangreiches, leckeres Frühstück - Fittnessraum - Nettes Personal

- Raumklima ziemlich muffig/klamm (es scheint ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage zu geben) - Pool teilweise dreckig (Insekten und eine Art Algen) - Sonnenliegen schmutzig und die Cabanas rosten sehr - Wir wurden nicht im Voraus informiert, dass es kein Warmwasser an einem unserer drei Tage zwischen 11 Uhr morgens und 17 Uhr am Abend gibt - Bauarbeiten (es wurde fast durchgehend während des Tages mit der Flex gearbeitet) - Wasser läuft von der Dusche zum Klo - Köospühöung geht nur sporadisch

The bedding is the only thing that was good.

There is no taxi alternative. The kids playground is outdated and very small. The room was falling apart. The food over priced for the quality
