Top class hotel ideal for both families and couples. From the moment my family of six adults and four children arrived at The Cullinan until the day we departed, the level of service we received was truly exceptional. Zeynab and Atakan consistently went above and beyond whenever we used the WhatsApp concierge service. Their patience and professionalism were particularly impressive, especially when handling our restaurant reservations, which needed to be changed several times. Every request was dealt with promptly, efficiently, and with the utmost courtesy. We had 3 large golf view rooms. Two of the rooms were at the front of the hotel and one was at the back with probably the best view but a little noisier. All of the rooms offered extremely high levels of comfort and were more than adequate for two adults and two children. The sleeping arrangements consisted of one extremely comfortable very large king size double bed, with high-quality linen. Two additional single beds could be created from the two sofa beds. The separate and enclosed cloakroom and showeroom area was not only luxurious but very well designed. The shower cubicle was extremely spacious, sufficiently powerful, easy to control, and the temperature was very stable. The patio doors led to a spacious balcony complete with a day bed which was probably an ideal place to get away from snoring partners, however I never had a need to use it !! The mini bar was replenished daily and you could specify items of your choosing. The maid service provided by Hatice both during the day and in the evening was superb. When we return, we won’t hesitate to request the same rooms in the future. The food and beverage offering was extremely comprehensive. The buffet restaurant, especially in the evening offered a very wide range of quality options. Dining outside in the morning sunshine was delightful and extremely comfortable. The furniture throughout the hotel is of a very high-quality and the extensive buffet area both inside and outside was no exception. All of the al a carte restaurants charge quite high supplements especially the Greek (adult €55) restaurant and the Teppanyaki (adult €60) restaurant. Having said that the food was very good and the entertainment was excellent. Big shout out to Dilah who was our chef in the Teppanyaki restaurant. He was full of fun getting us all involved and the food was delicious. A truly memorable evening. We spent most of our days at the activity pool as we had a number of young children with us. The activity pool is within close proximity of the waterpark which the children and several of the adults in our group really enjoyed. The service provided at the pool by the roller skating waiters and waitresses was absolutely fantastic. They are all a real credit to the hotel. You can also place poolside orders via a QR code that is positioned on the parasol if on the very odd occasion there are no waiting staff available. The children enjoyed the beach club section which had waffles, churros, ice cream, fruit and drinks. The patisserie and chocolatiers sections inside the hotel were also very impressive. The bar on the pier down at the beach is a fun place for a drink and relaxation. The arcade which was free was a great place for the children to have fun. However a lot of the equipment does need updating. A truly memorable and fantastic holiday thoroughly enjoyed by my extended family, so much so that we have already booked to go back again next year !!

I’d honestly rather not leave a review because I want to keep this place a secret - but it’s only fair to give credit where credit’s due. This has been our 3rd visit here as a family of 4 - with now 5 and 7 year old girls. We’ve never stayed anywhere like this before, hence our 3rd visit back. The food is exceptional - I’m a fussy eater and usually avoid a buffet but I’ve had 2 or 3 plate fulls at each meal … there’s everything you could want wether you’re looking after yourself or letting your hair down. The drinks are great - no mixer machines - soft drinks in a glass bottle, any brand of spirit you could think of. This time we enjoyed the Teppanyaki show which was very entertaining! Our chef was Michael, and he kept our fussy eating children both fed and entertained, and was extremely patient as they smashed eggs all over the floor while ‘having a go’. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and a 5th birthday which were made very special by the staff with bed spreads, balloons, fresh fruit plates and cakes. We had two assistants - Sena and Tuğçe - who were in touch via WhatsApp even before we arrived - regular check ins and sorted things including organising surprises for our special occasions. They were caring and extremely helpful - checking in on us when one of our daughters became unwell and organising things to make her feel better. Then there’s the kids club … we couldn’t get our kids out of it which allowed us a proper holiday and time to sit still and read a book. When we did coax them out the slide pools, beach snack bar full of ice cream/waffles/churros and fresh fruit kept them very entertained. Generally the service in restaurants and bars is exceptional - filling your drink before you’ve asked, taking your next order before you’ve finished your last drink. In other places staff looked rushed off their feet and annoyed to serve you - not here! The gym facilities are also amazing - has helped me keep in routine while definitely indulging in other areas! The evening entertainment is beyond professional, think significant price per head admission elsewhere. There’s the kids club show, the main diamond centre show then the ‘after party’ in the beach club with professional dancers, amazing DJs and a welcoming of kids being there to experience the show too. I’m not a clubber but really enjoyed dancing barefoot in the sand to impressive drum beats, dancers and light shows last night. A special mention to Ceren on the events team who encouraged us to attend the evening events, and seemed genuinely happy to see us when w came and spent time dancing with the kids while they admired her with awe! We booked a family room this time and the difference is definitely worth it for the extra storage, balcony space and separate rooms/extra toilet and shower. We will most definitely be back, I don’t think I could risk the disappointment elsewhere! Standards have not slipped over our 3 visits and there is evidence of maintenance everywhere you look.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Sena and Tuğçe for making our family holiday so special. From the moment we arrived, they were always friendly, approachable and welcoming, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Their support went far beyond the hotel itself. Whether we needed advice, assistance or simply someone we could rely on, they were always there for us and gave us a real sense of trust and reassurance. Knowing that they were available whenever we needed them, day or night, made us feel incredibly comfortable and well looked after. From our room to the beach and the restaurants, they were always ready to help with a smile and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Their kindness, professionalism and positive attitude made a huge difference to our stay and made us feel completely at home. Sena and Tuğçe are a real credit to the hotel, and thanks to them we have come away with wonderful memories and an unforgettable holiday. We are truly grateful for everything they did for us and very much hope to see them again on our next visit❤️❤️

Wow where do I start Room We had a Superior Roof room. The room itself was probably a normal sized room but was packed with amenities. The outside covered terrace was huge (helpful the evening it rained) The mini bar was beyond belief. Oreo's, 3x different nuts, raffles crisps, mints & granola bar. In the fridge 8 waters, a bottle of wine 2 Efe's, fizzy water, Turkish tea, cola & orange refilled daily. Next to the bed a digital tablet that worked everything in the room. Bed massive & comfy with a choice of pillows. Bars Plenty of them. Azure bar nice & chilled with live music on an evening. Nobles bar outside with the sports screens outside 24 hour bar of pure bliss. Diamond bar amazing for drinks during the day & when the entertainment was on although it was skater & waiter service throughout. Galapagos bar excellent too. Lobby bar quiet but excellent too. The pier bar was just bliss too gazing out over the sea with a cocktail in hand. The bar staff were excellent the majority spoke excellent English & knew exactly what drink you wanted. Massive shout out to Can, Samet & Tulep. In the fruit section the lovely Naomi. On the Skates around the L pool huge shout out to Erdem & Fatteh (for the foot care). Went absolutely over & above. Food Mare the main restaurant was amazing the staff so friendly although bizarrely the coffee was always cold! Sappore, Hasir & Yamas were excellent through the day for light meals. Pascarella a ls carte was a nice experience too. Waffles, fruit & Magnums in the food court a nice touch. Chocolatier amazing the chilli chocolate is to die for! Patisserie we never went in but the desserts in the Mare restaurant were amazing so they would have been. Drinks Top end alcohol such as Grey Goose, Beluga & Belvedere as standard absolutely superb. No giving you the cheapest if you didnt ask by name! 8 different bottled beers. Cocktails extensive list & exquisite tastes. Pools We found the Azure pool a bit quite so spent every day around the L pool. Lovely location, great service & great for a swim as the pool wasn't too cold. Entertainment Really good & a lot less repetitive than a lot of hotels. When we saw karaoke we groaned but it turned out to be absolutely brilliant with a professional band playing the music & professional singers helping the karaoke singers out. I also liked that the entertainment switched venues keeping it fresh. Diamond bar had the acrobats, stunt riders etc Beach Lovely white sand with plenty of sunbeds. WhatsApp assistant Ege & Ekinsu did a good job but I think sometimes there was a language barrier. But being completely honest they speak better English than I do Turkish so maybe that more my fault than there's. Massive shout out to cleaners for doing the most underrated job in the hotel to absolute perfection Would I go again? I dont go to the same hotel twice & already booked elsewhere for next year but if I did would be back in a heartbeat its worth every penny/lira.

The hotel is perfect and very inclusive for everyone, especially when doing the listed activates and such as boccia and darts as the staff are very kind and welcoming.

The hotel staff that organised the darts,volleyball and boccia was really welcoming and made the activities really fun and enjoyable for everyone,I would definitely recommend trying out the various games.

Everything was perfect. Mostly with the help of our butlers. They were here for us any time we needed, always friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, everything you need is on the hotel area. Rooms were clean and we always had fresh fruits plate on the table. IMHO food wasn’t much different in à la cart restaurants and in regular ones. Enjoyed it equally. Big minus was the Greek restaurant where we paid for extra plates and the waiter asked to stop crushing them (though it was included in program) as there were kids. I think parents should better leave them far from the scene or in the room as it’s more for adults:) All in all the vacation was perfect)
