Location is good. Staff were amazing! We stayed in 2-bedroom from 16/6-18/6 and the staff were all very polite and helpful. When we arrived, our room was not ready and needed about 30min as they have to deal with some technical issues. The manager on duty was quick to apologise, offer welcome drinks and gave us a late check-out. A small issue we had with our key card was also promptly resolved. Service was quick and on point. If fact, when we checked out, it was a different duty manager than the first and second day but he was also very aware of what transpired on the first day and apologised for it. We would definitely recommend Novotel Living Almaty Jetisu to other travellers. Clean, spacious and amazing staff hospitality!

Neues Haus mit komfortablen Apartments und tollen Restaurants direkt im Haus. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ein Punkt wofür das Hotel nichts kann sind große Gästegruppen insbesondere aus Indien, die sich teilweise nicht angemessen verhalten - z.B. beim Frühstück. Das kann leicht stören, dennoch würde ich das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
