"Bad staff"

In fact it is very good hotel in terms of facilities however the staff is have a big communication and bad behavior I informed the reception that I will have a late check out, seems he did not inform which led to that the manager and security entered the room while I was in the Wc without permission! Also I left by bicycle in the store as requested by the reception and they moved it without my permission!
