H2 Hotel Düsseldorf City

Really lovely place to stay! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Facilities and rooms were great and spacious and even included air conditioning which was much appreciated over the hot weekend. The included breakfast was also amazing!

Reservei um quarto duplo, foi atribuída uma camarata com dois beliches. À chegada, o funcionário do restaurante/bar tinha nítida má vontade de trabalhar, atende os clientes com arrogância e toca nos alimentos com as mãos, mesmo depois de passar as mãos pelo cabelo e tocar em todo o lixo deixado nas mesas, definitivamente um mau professional. Foi a terceira vez que fiquei no Hotel e o atendimento tem vindo sempre a piorar

Ich habe die zwei Nächte geschlafen wie ein Stein. Gute Matratze, gutes Kopfkissen und eine lautlose Klimaanlage und schallisolierte Fenster. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super durchdacht so daß keine Schlangen entstehen.

Zweckmässiges Stadthotel mit guter Ausstattung. Ausreichend grosse Dusche. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet Sichere Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage (aber 20 Euro)
