Plenty of space which was clean and comfortable

outstanding location , cleanliness was average, wall had a stains near the bed and the kitchen area, some kitchen utensils had to be cleaned before being used , the air filter in the bathroom was in a dusty awful condition. The water filter behind the toiled was a bit smelly

Ideal for my needs. I as staying as part of a long term work project in and around the centre of Bristol. This location was excellent in that we could walk to our intended work places. The building feels safe and secure to be and leave kit we I didn’t use. It was quiet despite the seagulls at 04:00 ! The room was in generally good condition but a small amount of mould in the bathroom and shower. The room also needs a fraught excluder on the door to stop light from the hall. Please supply thinner duvet during summer. Apart from that “I will be back”

Lovely place, great location

Next doo had a party going on till 1 in the morning, nothing has been done about it if your after a quite stay don’t stay here!!

The heating wasn’t working. Apartment was cold. There was a very strong smell of garlic throughout apartment. Cobwebs in bathroom. Toilet roll holder hanging off wall. Pillows smelly(like feet) Very noisey at night from upstairs. We were in basement

Room was ok but knowing i was staying there for a week I expected more toilet paper and some cleaning products but there were none Also as there was no dish washer I drying each would have been hsefull

Extremely poor customer service and communication. The confirmation of requesting twin beds being accepted clearly means nothing as we had to ask for the linen and do it ourselves. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated by the lack of care or friendliness in the communication. Shower highly inaccessible unless 6ft tall. Condition of room generally uncared for. Light levels with room lights on extremely dim (you couldn't read). No chopping board provided or recycling facilities. Dogs are seemingly allowed as there was one off-lead when we went to go out. Highly unimpressed this is not made clearer as I would not have stayed here. Definitely not a home away from home.

Struggled to cook own food, kitchen didn’t have frying pan or a wok even thought it was stated to be self catering, microwave was faulty and there was nothing provided to wipe down surfaces. My second experience of your apartment in Bristol and I won’t be staying with them again. From experience the bigger services accommodation firms are by far the worst and are to be avoided. This apartment is in a prime location in Bristol, just disappointed the service wasn’t as good as location.

Location is very good. Apartment is clean. But it’s a studio flat. It was noisy during our stay. The laundry room had only 1 washing machine and hence it was always busy.
