Good location. Value for money. First time using geocode to find the apartment location which is accurate as shared by the host.

Too dusty. Would be good if there's washer-dryer instead of just washer only.

The house is so spacious, my girls ❤️ the house so much. Clean & nice. The location is so near to the Gora station.

The shop closed at 1630 . We got no food to eat at night.

Very accessible in terms of location. 3 minute walk from Gora train station (a major station, which means it's sheltered from rain, among other things). A very nice 3 storey apartment with many facilities and more than enough space to house 4 people. The pre-check-in process worked great; we were able to immediately enter the accommodation upon arriving. Despite being a multi-storey apartment, the first floor provides enough basic facilities to rest in, namely a toilet, bathroom and bedroom (futon room). Though, the second and third floors are still very nice. The accommodation responded to messages in a very timely fashion.

It's not a dislike, but take note that there is a short, yet sufficiently steep, uphill climb, just like many places in Hakone.

Fantastic location just above Gora station. Very spacious apartment, spread over three floors. Traditional style, with tatami mats in all the living spaces and traditional low dining area, with an additional table and chairs in the kitchen. Well appointed, modern kitchen with everything we needed. Clean, modern bathroom (powerful shower), with separate toilets. Washing machine and TVs. Comfy futons for sleeping on. Thoroughly recommend and we would return without hesitation.

The accommodation is traditional Japanese style, with low seating and bedding. We loved the experience, but it may not suit everybody.

Lovely place in a handy location. 2 mins away from Gora station and 2 convenient stores nearby. Seperate bedrooms and living area, can have privacy space.

It would be great if you can allow early luggage check in to give people some flexibility.

No complaints

We recently stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the cable car and tram station from Hakone Yumoto. The accommodation is spacious, spread over three levels, and is well-equipped with everything you might need, making it ideal for longer stays. Communication with the host was excellent; they responded quickly to any inquiries. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

The only downside was the futon, which could be a bit thicker for added comfort.

The house was very well located. It is modern with a lot of space. The house amenities were excellent. You have everything you need to feel at home. The beds were comfortable, and the futons upstairs as well. I recommend the house and it is one of the best houses quality/price wise we rentend in Japan.
