Studio In the Lanes

A lovely apartment in a fabulous location.

The only thing i would say is that it needs darker / black out blinds for the window as it remains very light in the room even when closed.

Very central location (but be warned of the night revellers on Fridays and Saturdays until about 3 am each night) Nicely decorated Perfect for one night stay

Not ideal for more than one night.... we stated for three! Storage space very limited.. no wardrobe (just a half wardrobe at a high level over stairwell which is not very accessible), no coat hooks inside door, no hooks in bathroom for bath towels. Small sink in bathroom which makes shaving difficult! Kitchen facilities could be improved for 'longer' stays.. no tea towels, no draining board when you wash the dishes and more general kitchen supples would be helpful, such as washing up liquid, kitchen towels, etc. There's a glass 'wall' in the shower which fronts on to the living area, which means you can be seen in the shower from the living area.

Can be quite loud in the early hours with people passing, no fault of the property - but just with the location

It was a few minutes away from most places I wanted to go to. The Pavilion was basically on my doorstep. It was also so easy to go to the pier and the beach. Some of the best cafes were also in walking distance (Granny's, Toast and Toss, Sanrio) and it is right next to the Lanes.

Since its right in the centre of town, it can be VERY loud. People come home from nights out and yelled at each other at 4am so I was woken up early every morning. That's not the fault of the property though

Great location. Very clean and really comfortable bed. Everything to cook if you want to, but with a gazillion bars and restaurants nearby you probably won’t want to!

Just to note the bathroom fan needs replacing as it’s noisy.
