Front desk hospitality was superb good! They even let us did early checked-in as the room was ready! Also, there was the Water Dispenser at the lobby area which so suit for family who brings infant / toddler that need the warm/ hot water anytime!

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel looks brand new, the cleanliness of the hotel is good included the toilet at lobby. The location of the hotel near centre of Geroge Town, walking distance to reach Michelin rated food.
