Very very very clean- watched them mop the floors in lobby, wipe down elevator switches Linen fresh Beds comfortable Air con strong Fresh cold water to refill bottles in lobby Bathroom had no mold You can trust this place is safe, power went out briefly at 1am and emergency backup lights turned on. Full fire safety system visible in lobby

Can be noisy with the usual lack of soundproofing in Malaysia Mosque can be heard early morning but not a big deal you will be so comfy in bed you'll be asleep in no time. Air con on top of bed can be strong when sleeping. All the above are so minor in comparison to how amazing this hotel is

The room was wonderful. Very clean, modern, and spacious. Although the hotel is a little ways from the historical downtown, you can take the free bus (CAT) and get off at stop 11 and from there the hotel is less than a10 min walk. CAT made it very easy to get anywhere in town from the hotel. The only negative was the wifi was awful. It was constantly dropping and I had to reconnect multiple times each session.

I had the misfortune of experiencing a simple miscommunication with one young Indian front staff. She went mental with her attitude and response. First time in my several years of global travelling, her behaviour take the cake, totally unacceptable in my opinion. I sought clarification and made suggestion. She told me off that a customer is not always right and that she is not ready to accept false accusation hurled at her. Almost laughable really. Other than that misfortune, room was clean and cleaning staff and other employees were courteous save for that muppet. Wouldn’t recommend to stay there again, a hit and miss and one bad conversation with the muppet is enough to spoil your whole holiday.

The location is great, accessible to diversified eateries and we could easily walk to a few destinations we’d like to explore.

The sound of AC is too loud that disturbs sleep. The AC is also located on top of where we sleep and the wind blew our head and face, making us feel uncomfortable while we sleep. The staff was not resourceful. We asked questions about recommendations nearby but simply got the answer that he didn’t know.

Hôtel très agréable, Propre Facile d’accès Le petit déjeuner serait un plus

Good location . Close to all major sites. Local food courts in the area . Room was modest but clean . Good value for money.
