Very polite staff. Usual hotel with history. High standard accommodation.

Not much really. A bit on the expensive side.

Perfect location. Excellent staff. Very clean.

Brilliant location! Lovely rooms and great view of the river. Also close to the cruise port so you could watch the ships come and go! Old town right behind the hotel and everything is close by. Train station under hotel and buses right outside.

Parking was not on site - not far away but you need to drop off luggage at the front and you have to stop in the bus stops (and cross the bus lane). Staff will park your car and bring it to the hotel when you need it but plan for this and it’s not clear when you arrive. Also the guy was helping another guest so we had to park ourselves.

Cama muito confortável e funcionários atenciosos. O pequeno almoço é bem farto e fresco.

Para um hotel 5 estrelas, as casa de banho deixam a desejar.
