Boutique Hotel First City Den Haag

Prima kamer, prima prijs, aardig personeel, locatie vlakbij Amare was helemaal wat ik zocht. Enige minpunt: het was 23° op de kamer. Dus graag wat minder stoken.

Geweldig hotel voor een citytripje in Den Haag ! Goed gelegen, vriendelijk personeel, uitstekende bedden en mooie douche, en vooral heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel!

This hotel does not deserve a 4 star rating, the room didn't match the description and the staff was extremely unhelpful. The photo of the room was quite misleading, the room is quite small and the so called city view promised on the website was nothing but a wall in front of my window. The experience got worse when the heating stopped working on the first day, after complaining to the gentleman at the reception and asked to swap the room, this person told me that it wouldn't be possible and left a portable heating device in my room. This device was left on and made the room so hot that me and my partner had problems breathing and falling asleep after we arrived. We felt insulted and scammed for paying for a hotel that did not correspond to the price we paid, or the stars shown at the front.

Nice hotel, would happily stay again

Goed hotel met een gunstige ligging. Receptie aardig en behulpzaam. Waren wat werkzaamheden beneden maar verder geen last van gehad. Dus een aanrader dit hotel

The gentleman staff was very helpful & enthusiartuc, giving great suggestion of sightseeing, transport & souvenirs. We enjoyed our time here and will come back to this hotel when we visit den Haag again. Thank you.
