Boutique Hotel First City Den Haag

A bit hard to locate the hotel as was misled by its name “Boutiqe Hotel First ….” as shown in Expedia website. But the sign displaced at the property location and its name is “First City Hotel…”. Pls show the correct hotel name in your website to eliminate any confusion.

Staff was very helpfull

There is limited in room storage and no in room coffee or tea maker. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel with friendly helpful staff, free teq and coffee. Very close to main shopping, good transport access. unfortunately booked in when there was renovation work so skip outide gave bad first impression, very glad to be proven wrong as soon as enerrd reception

Great place to stay! One note is the elevator only goes up to the second floor so if you are on the third floor there are some stairs to go up with luggage. Would absolutely stay here again in The Hague!

Boutique hotel op centrale lokatie, vlak bij (een paar minuten lopen) winkelstraat en China town, De tram stopt voor de deur Je bent snel bij het treinstation (centraal en HS) maar ook in Scheveningen Vriendelijk personeel en lekkere koffie

Good location. It is a short walk from the main train station. And there is a tram stop outside the door. The hotel room I was in was recently refurbished and very nice. The reception on arrival was very pleasant. There are still some improvements going on in the reception/restaurant.

I don’t like writing reviews where the property can’t do much about it, but it’s a few blocks from the centrum and the area is not great. They are renovating the hotel so at times it was noisy. My room was on the top floor with two other rooms and was only accessible from a steep staircase with narrow treads. They helped me get my suitcase up but it was a challenge to get it down. There is an elevator for the other floors. Not worth the price.

A well priced and well located hotel within walking distance of everything. The staff were very helpful and check in process was speedy.
