The property was nice. Looks like some guests were a little rough with the shower area. Cracked tile was rather large. Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Would stay here again if needed.

It was clean and close to the Henry Ford Museum. The keys didn't work consistently on the door. No hand soap, coffee or enough towels in the room. The breakfast was lacking gravey for the biscuits and no oatmeal. There was water leaking into the dining room during breakfast and one of the coffee machines were broken.

"Horrible stay in Dearborn, MI"

Upon arrival we were informed about keys weren’t available due to earlier power outages. No heads up. We didn’t get them period. We stayed in there for three nights. Every time we returned from outside or even from pool we had to go to front desk for room access. Many times we had wait for staff 15 minutes. Things like toaster, pancake maker wasn’t working. Window blind is broken. Fire alarm went off several times on our second night. Apparently it was only my room and main panel wasn’t working. Asked for a meeting with the manager who was no show as per staff.
