"Great hotel, unfortunate car window break ins"

Staff was very friendly every encounter. Rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast had warm and cold options- it’s a hotel breakfast. The only concern was there were multiple car window broke out 3 out of the 5 nights we stayed. We kept everything out of our vehicles and did not experience this personally. I did not want to have to put this because the hotel and staff were so wonderful but I would want to know when reading reviews.

The staff was great in breakfast time was always someone cleaning making sure all the guests had a good breakfast the rooms are clean the pool was warm and clean overall I will stay here again

Back door from parking lot lock did not work, The TV in lobby did not work & on Monday in the morning was problem with coffee other wise it was good stay.

Toilet was clogged upon arrival. “We’ll send someone up right away” 40 mins later we had to leave for a concert. Expected it to be fixed when we returned. After returning not fixed… 45 mins later finally got a new room. Neither one of the rooms had working blinds. Asked to talk to the manager at check out and she was “too busy”! Highly discourage staying here! I know I will never again!
