Eco Smart Apartments Premium City

Appartement had een koelkast, fornuis, vaatwasser. Balkon was fijn. Locatie was prima. Wij waren er ivm een festival, rock im park. Las allemaal horror verhalen over parkeren en inchecken. Je moet er gewoon voor zorgen dat je thuis alles geregeld hebt zoals de app downloaden en een foto van je id opsturen zodat je alleen de deur hoeft open te doen dmv de app. Via de booking com heb je makkelijk contact met t appartement. Ze reageren binnen een half uur. Het openen van de garage gaat ook via de app. Heel makkelijk. Late check uit was ook snel geregeld. 1330 uur eruit voor 30 euro

Garage was krap. T was dat mn vriend zijn oude grote volvo goed kan besturen want t was een uitdaging om t in t parkeervak te krijgen.

Das Bett war viel zu weich

The room was nice, and it was in a decent location. It was very clean and I had no issues with the room.

Check-in was very confusing and not the easiest to accomplish. I know it wasn't just my problem as the lobby quickly filled with people trying to check in, and only 1 kiosk. Over the 2 days I was there I frequently saw people struggling to check-in. Most places have someone where you can store your luggage if they are strict with check-in times. Also the check-in and check-out times are different than everyone else, 1600 is rather late, as well as the 10am check-out time is very early. I waited for almost 2 hours till 1600 and then when I finally tried to check-in the room was not available for another 15 mins.

Die Lage

Das kleine Bett und die Größe des Badezimmers, kaum Ablageplatz im Bad.

War ein Hotel ohne Frühstück meine ich und unser Zimmer lag leider direkt zur Straße. Der Check in war leicht und auch das mit dem späteren Check out hat gut geklappt.

Folgende Mail habe ich ans Hotel geschrieben nach unserem Aufenthalt: Hallo liebes Team, Danke für die Mail und die Möglichkeit Feedback zu geben. Für eine positive Bewertung reicht es für uns leider nicht. Das Zimmer an sich war vollkommen okay. Das Bett leider zu weich für unseren Geschmack und wirklich gut geputzt war es leider auch nicht. Im Anhang sende ich euch ein paar Bilder. Vor allem auf dem TV Gerät waren noch Flecken vom Vorgänger. Die Vorhänge haben Löcher und mit der Lage zur Straße raus waren wir auch nicht ganz so happy. Zudem roch das Badezimmer leider auch sehr merkwürdig - bin mir nicht sicher ob das aus dem Abfluss kam. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich. Leider waren es auch nur zwei Kaffee für drei Nächte. Ist wahrscheinlich auch nicht vorgesehen aber wäre trotzdem schön gewesen.

The location is ok. Close to anything worth seeing and close to the tram and train stations

It was not very clean. I had to clean the toilet myself as there was some hair on it, the dish washer smells and looks moldy. I had to wash all the dishes before using them as they looked questionable, the apartment didn’t seem like it was moped recently as my socks were grimy after walking barefoot for a bit. For 250 euro at night it should have been absolutely spotless
