The shower was good and worked well and the roller shutters were good to block out light when they worked.

I won't repeat what others have said about the dodgy neighbourhood or inadequate pillows this has all been dismissed previously by management as surjective. My issue was that it was dirty. The room hadn't been cleaned and when I reported it they came and mopped the floor but didn't clean anything else. The plates and cutlery were all dirty and the dishwasher full of grease and old food. On the third night the air conditioner developed a loud rattle and then the roller blinds stopped working limiting our access to the balcony. The place has been fitted out cheaply and things just cannot keep up with the wear and tear. I reported all of this before making this public review and got the usual management response along with a kind offer of a discount if I was to return. Why would you come back when it wasn't good the first time.?You also need wifi to operate everything including opening your door but their connection is poor and frequently drops out leaving you straddled. Had issues with their App too and the only way to speak with someone is to have a local SIM. Not convenient when you are travelling and using WhatsApp, I had to borrow someone's phone to get access to my room. My advice read all the reviews and decide for yourself. It might suit some but if you are a tourist visiting it won't leave you with a good impression of what is otherwise a nice city to visit.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch das Bad war gut. Zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs und des Zentrums. Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Großes TV-Gerät.

Das Öffnen der Eingangstür und der Zimmertür über die App war nicht ganz klar. Zum Glück waren andere Gäste da, die es mir zeigen konnten. Es gab auch niemanden vom Personal, den man hätte fragen können oder eine Telefonnummer bei Problemen.

The self check-in is pretty nice and you don’t have to carry any keys cause everything is controlled via website. The room is nice and has a little kitchen with pretty much all kitchenware you might need.

We didn’t quite understand how the ventilation in the bathroom works and at times it was pretty loud. With the bathroom door closed it wasn’t such a big deal.
