USHotel was Beautiful and Clean. The only problem we had was communicating with some of the staff because they didn’t speak English (but i can’t put all the blame on them, we were in their country!!) The problem we had was dining in the restaurant. The waitress was rude and it took use 1:45 to get our food. We were the only one in the restaurant!! She walked by us numerous time without checking on us and when we tried to get her attention she ignored us or act like we were bothering her. My husband had to go to the Front Desk and complain. Our food came 10 min later with an excuse from the waitress. She said they had a lot of orders from the pool and it takes time!! DID I SAY WE WERE THE ONLY ONE IN THE RESTURANT!! They should have through our order in somewhere between all the orders from the pool. Other than that, I’d stay there again and ORDER FROM THE POOL!!

Very nice hotel with clean rooms. The pool area was very relaxing.
We loved the hotel (very nice, clean and the service was good). We love music, but there was very loud music the whole day and a great part of the night. When we were around the pool, we could hardly understand each other. Even when we were in the room, with everything closed, you could hear the music. Maybe it was because of the celebration of the independence day, but it really was exhausting
CAWe stayed one night before boarding our cruise in La Romana. It took over an hour to arrive from Punta Cana. We did not get a chance to explore the area but the hotel itself is quaint and clean and the pool area is a good size. Our room was on the small side but that wasn’t a problem since we just came to sleep. The hotel staff is very friendly and this place provides great value. We would stay here again.

CAThe breakfast is not good, I had to eat eggs and bread everyday for 9 days. I pay for breakfast but I don’t have the service excepted. I can’t even find a microwave to make a tea after 11pm, I couldn’t heat my food after that time. The room is too small I wanted to wanted to rent the conference room for 2hours, it was a nightmare to found a reasonable deal, they force me to take a package with food when I asked for the conference room only. No kind of flexibility whatsoever
