USAir conditioning worked really well. Bathroom was clean and well kept. Bed was of a nice size.
Noise in the halls at night. Windows were too high to look out of. No heavy blanket for the bed just a simple decorative bedspread. The towels in the bathroom were F.I.L.T.H.Y., the tiwels were supposed to be white! they were gray!!! I used the pool towels to dry off. In the shower very slippery when wet, almost fell twice. Bathroom vanity way to small no room to place my toiletries and there were no clothes hangers in the closet.
Professionalism at its best. Customer service above standards. Close to La Romana's Multi Plaza and major shopping district. High security. Very accessible.
USUSWhile the staff did what they could, the room was poorly maintained (toilette, safe, shower head, hospitality kit). The rooms had poor lighting and small windows.
The noise level frim the pool and construction was just unacceptable;multiple keys for access made things awkward. The breakfast was limited and reheated/served for the following day.
