Vasilo Court Seaview City Apartment

Pros: Central location. The apartment overall is tidy.

Cons: Bathroom - shower is full of mold, drainage is clogged, toilet seat not stable, no toiletries provided (shower gel/soap and shampoo). Bedroom - backdated mattress when spring systems hurt your back the minute you lay down.

Communication, value for money, great location, spacious two large bedrooms, lots of wardrobe space, outside space, and all the necessary appliances.

Entrance door to complex was broken but was getting repaired as we left. Door to apartment was super secure so there was no real issue.

Location and it was very comfortable for 4 people.

The bathroom has a weird smell because it don’t have a window.

The entrance door was always open, even at night and there was a bad smell in the entrance and the building.

No hot water in the shower in the 2nd day. The shower drain needs to be cleaned or fixed. Towel hanger in the bathroom is broken. Bathroom lock or key needs to be fixed. Not enough toilet paper.

No WI FI at all, we stayed 5 days and no one came to fix the internet

Property is at a very good and quiet location just next to the beach and city center. There are parking and a lots of restaurants and shops around

Apartment was not clean enough. Bathroom was dirty and there were sand on the couch.
