Location was very good just couple of minutes walk to the Promenade and beach.

The elevator didn't work 5 days of our 7 day stay and the stairs were dirty and obstructed . Toaster was faulty and tripped the power and not replaced. Balcony door would not lock as lock damaged. Bedspreads and pillow slips old and faded. Ironing boards but no ironing board cover. Toilet seat loose. Could be a spectacular apartment with a bit of easy care and attention.

a very nice apartment, right in the city center. you have everything you need nearby. grocery stores, clothing stores, restaurants. finikoudes is a 2-minute walk away. I felt very good

It was very easy to access the property. Host gave us good recommendations and was very polite.

Humidity was very bad, but you can always turn on the air conditioner, there are 3 of them.

Moderne, geflieste Wohnung. Sauber, mit Abnutzungsspuren. Haustüre nicht schließbar, da das Schloss defekt war. Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Frische, saubere Bettbezüge. Jedoch sollten die Kissen mal getauscht werden. Der Hauptbalkon groß, mit Blick auf das Meer. Der Seitenbalkon sollte öfter gereinigt werden. Generell kann man von einer angenehmen Unterkunft in einer sehr guten Lage sprechen. Preis/Leistung stimmt. Kommunikation war tadellos und freundlich. Auch bei einer technischen Anfrage wurde kurzfristig geantwortet.
