Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel

I have been going to casinos for over 40 years Yaamava has the nicest staff I have ever come across. I have been to Yaamava about 15 times and everything has been great. The floor people and the dealers have been awesome. Rooms are very good and Pines Steak House is really good.

This is one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at. The property is beautiful with lovely view..I have a mountain view but will go for a pool view next time. The staff are happy and welcoming and I have NEVER met a rube employee. Maybe the people saying the staff are rude need to examine their own attitudes because that is just not true. The bed is so comfortable and the robe is a +++ ..trying to find out how to take it home with me lol. Nespresso in the room so no rush to go out. I would love to return. Good job Yaamava

This property far exceeded my expectations. In my opinion, it is on par with any Four Seasons that I ever stayed. The staff were extremely courteous and very attentive. I have recommended Yaa’mava to several family members. My husband and I plan to definitely return very soon.

Most food and beverages were out ragegously over priced. The buffet was very disappointing cold food. I practically chiped a tooth on a Brussel sprout it was un edible raw $12 for a slice of pizza come on Rock and brew was thr only half way decent priced food

A great hotel - bathroom was a bit cramped for space, but still all in all a top notch stay. Great hotel, great casino, great theater. Highly recommend! (It was definitely reaaaaally pricey tho)

Clean

My iPhone got swiped by a lady while I was charging it in one machine. Unfortunately I left it charging while I was playing a table game just a few yards away. I was glancing at it every second and its still there until I saw a lady sat on that machine. About 2 seconds the lady was gone so with my phone and charger. I called security and all they said was to wait maybe they will give it at the lost and found. Of course that lady is a thief and my iPhone is gone. What are the cameras for then and what’s the use of those securities? Until now I don’t hear a word from them with my stolen $1k iPhone🥲

Service is 5 star! No gambling wins but big wins with the room, amenities, service and overall experience!

I am highly unhappy at the treatment that Yaamava provided. I have spent more than half of this year calling and visiting the casino for a host. They told me I had one but are extremely rude in the process! I spoke with host mgmt and they were mean, CEO and no reply. I forgot to add that I AM A DIAMOND PLAYER!!!
