"Exceptional"

The place was very plush from the moment you walk in from the valet, which is free for staying guests. The room was very roomy and I especially loved the shower. We had a great view of the pool, which we did not get a chance to check out but it looked very refreshing and has a lot of cabanas. The three places we had meals at where really great and the food was great. Will definitely go back even though the price for stay is a bit high.

"No jackpots but my friend had a complimentary room. It was ok"

Parking sucks. Valet is slow self parking is so far they have shuttles. It a cluster maze. Otherwise it’s your typical Cali Casino. Food was not good. Nothing around there. It’s in a lousy area. Rooms and service where great. If we figure out the parking I’d go back.

Nice rooms but the Worst experience I have ever had from customer service to VIP clients service, everyone has an attitude and doesn’t care about their customers. Hands down will not stay here again! ..................................

"Luxurious indulgence "

First stay here - we booked a 2night stay & travelled from the Bay Area to attend the Andrea Bocelli concert. The entire stay, concert included, was a luxurious indulgence! From checkin to checkout we were met with friendly & attentive staff everywhere on the property: casino, lobby, restaurants, bars, pool, theater. The beds were so comfortable that we now want to buy one! The theater was beautiful & the seating comfortable - it appeared designed so that there was great line of sight wherever you sat. We will be back.

"Gambling was awful. Hotel was just ok. Saw I had a comp room then tried to charge me $150. CRAZY not worth it."

They said they offered a comp room and then tried to charge me $150 when they sent me a free hotel stay offer. I very much dislike this casino. It stinks here and it is very dirty. Customer service at the gift area is rude sometimes for no reason. If you press the service button on a machine it takes a long time.

Gorgeous/luxe modern hotel rooms. Awesome to be able to walk down to the concert. The Pines steakhouse was amazing too Would stay here again!
