Very clean and confidently located

I was worried about the door code after reading the other reviews, but our door code came on time and worked perfectly. The hosts are very readily available. This is a very nice stay. It is well equipped with everything you could need. There are plenty of towels and they even had snacks and water available and an ice maker on the refrigerator. The beds are fine. The rooms are spacious. The area of the stay was nice. The guest bed is a little squeaky but nothing that is actually bothersome. The noise from the I-40 didn't bother or affect us at all. I loved our stay and would 100% recommend. I'm glad I found this little gem.

Nice place and reasonably priced. Entry code did not work. Had to get additional codes to be able to enter. Took some time to be able to get in, but finally worked. A little frustrating after a very long travel day. Have stayed here twice now and the first time we had the same problem. Overall, very nice stay.

The apartment was beautiful! Everything was cleaned, smelled nice, and was more than anything we could have possibly hoped for. Price was very reasonable and it was very easy to find, right near I-40. The only thing that was a little frustrating was the communication. First, we were supposed to get the keycode 24 hours before arrival. That did not happen. We received the keycode at 8:38 on the morning of our stay, after we were already on the road. It was frustrating to have to deal with getting information that should have been given to us prior to the trip. We highly recommend getting this info to the customer in a more timely manner. Second, when we arrived at the property the keycode did not work, so we were in a bit of a panic. We had two phone numbers for the property, but neither was being answered. We texted, but did not get a respoinse. We were not given any phone number for emergencies. We were having to be in telephone contact with family 2 states away to try and reach out to Travelocity and determine what we were supposed to do. We recommend the property communicate directly with the customer and not through a third party as messages are not going through. The property was sometimes texting messages to us and other times sending them through Travelocity through email. When you are traveling across the country with someone who is elderly and slightly disabled, this situation was much less than ideal! Beautiful place, communication could use some improvement.

The place is nice; a bit noisy being right next to the highway by they do have a white noise machine in the room that sits parallel to it. Very clean although sparsely appointed (not a problem for us). The only real issue was that the code we were sent didn't work and it took a little time to get a new code; it was a simple mistake that was resolved relatively quickly. Other than that, we enjoyed he stay

Good place for a stop over. We are driving from Missouri to California. Really nice and comfortable. It does get some road noise. My one real complaint was the rug as you step out of the shower was gritty, sandy, dirty. Not something you want to feel under your feet after taking a shower.

Pros: -This was a great price for the space that we got. There are 2 master bedrooms bathroom in each. Kitchen area and living room. -Kitchen was stocked with dishes, laundry detergent for stacked washer and dryer -Plenty of towels and blankets - Quick response from owner, very friendly. -Parking is directly in front of the room. Cons: - Very squeaky and bouncy bed, any time I moved or changed position the metal frame squeaked loudly. I am a light sleeper so may have been more intense for me. - One of the beds had bed bugs but the other beds seemed fine. We didn't notice the bites until after we left. Owner was notified but didn't respond so not sure what was done. Again, I want to make sure I say the owner was very nice, friendly, and attentive during our stay. So maybe the bed was taken care of but not sure.

Our 4th time to stay on the way to NM or CO, a great place to stop overnight with dogs. You can park right by the door to unload and there's a grassy area right outside. Rest and roll.
