Madison Square

Property was clean and cute. Right next to the interstate so its loud so bring earplugs or white noise. Biggest complaint was communication, the email that was supposed to contain the passcode for the lock had no code, so we spent 30 minutes sitting outside waiting for customer service. I would suggest booking far enough in advance to ensure the necessary information comes through. Also, there was no paperwork or list of housekeeping requirements like you usually find in this type of setting so that may be helpful for future rentals.

Did not expect to walk into such a modernized unit. Great job!

This place was great! Parking right outside the door, clean spacious and lovely. Definitely bring your earplugs for the highway noise. That being saying said, excellent highway access. I will definitely use this location again and again.

Never stayed at property was not told they don't rent to locals online and they still put me in as I stayed there and now won't give me a refund

This place is a scam. The listing was fake. Received an automated email message explaining a key code would be sent to me— it was never sent. The phone number listed is a fake “(555)555-5555” number. Talk to customer service and they also could not reach the owner. Do not book!! You will not be refunded, Ended up having to find another place to stay.

It was perfect my only problem was I couldn't get anyone to respond for the wifi password. But I figured it out myself the password is on the router up in the closet so I was happy lol.

This property is a scam. I paid for it through Orbitz and when we arrived in the evening, the key code would not work. When I reached out for help, I could only communicate through messages and no one responded. We sat in the parking lot not knowing what to do. Finally we had to find another place to stay. For the last few days I have tried in vain to get a refund and Orbitz responded finaly saying they also could not get in touch with Madison Square and they would not refund me for them. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Everything was amazing the only thing was they one of the beds had an annoying squeaky noise but overall it was great
