Sea-Hi Beachside Apartment

The location is great and overall isn’t a bad place. Comfy couch and aircon worked well. Awesome spot next to the beach

the bathroom had a smell as if the drains were blocked in the shower. The mirror was quite low and small however not a huge issue. The matress in the main bedroom needs replacing. Sagging in the middle and woke up with a sore back numerous times.

Cleanliness wasn't up to standard

I found that the mattrwas lumpy.And. Sunk in the middle and I wipe out with a sore back and not rested. The sheets on the bed and the blanket on the bed was not clean. The dawning table had a sticky surface. We didn't have enough toilet paper for 2 nights. There were people outside the unit smoking. No reception to complain too.

I like the old shower head for the flow of water.

The door lock on the net door was a nightmare to lock. I got hurt on my finger nail trying to lock the net door. The net was ripped. At our first night, I was so worried for the safety of me and my 3 Children. There were spiders in the cupboard and cockroach. Dust and sand on surface and on the bed. No ventilation in the bathroom. Good location though but the property isn't well maintained. No light outside the door for when you return late. If you don't know how to park, you will struggle to park your car in the space provided. There is washing machine but no drier. The cleaning service needs to do more. Thank you.

From the outside its a pretty average-looking unit block, but the inside where it most matters, it is excellent. Spacious and the location across form the beach could be any better. Cat and the team were excellent in helping me.

The main bed was not good. The mattress sagged and needs replacing. washing machine needs replacing. Having to book in on line and all correspondence by either email or text.

Excellent location for access to the Maroochydore Surf Club and beach. Great apartment, has everything you need for as short stay. Three things for improvement, rubbish bin under sink needs a lid to prevent cockroaches. Security door needs to be replaced with high grade mesh. Standard security screen all ripped near locks indicating someone has tried to get in. Did not feel save leaving the glass door open so had to keep the aircon on all night. Tap in shower needs cover replacing. An excellent apartment, great service, efficient and friendly to deal with. I would stay again.
