SureStay by Best Western Kapuskasing

Room was good but had a terrible smell to it. Putting the air conditioning on helped. Only toast for breakfast, not even simple fruit of apples or bananas.

Building has a foul smell.

We booked this hotel last minute when we were on the road. It was welcoming and the staff were great. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Kapuskasing is a cute little place.

Great place, appears recently updated and the bed was comfy. Only thing to make the room that final bit would be to have a bedside lamp so you don't need to get up for the switch. The rooms are surprisingly quiet for being on the Trans Canada highway, I can't recall hearing any on the trucks which passed while I was in the room. There's a restaurant across the parking lot and other options a short distance away. Will be staying here again

Nice and clean, staff was great but the beds were way to soft for me

Absolutely lovely staff, helped with all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable. The room is nice and clean.

Good choice for an affordable hotel, with large rooms, beds, and room cleanliness were average. Location is great just next to the highway with lots of parking stalls.

AC was not working. Reception is unatended most of the time.

Everything was great except no bathroom amenities. Travelling a lot, there has ALWAYS been shampoo and conditioner to use. I did not bring any and was very disappointed that there was none. The front desk lady tried to find some but could only find a bar of soap. Really not suitable for women’s hair!!! Even at a purchase option would be ideal.

Everything was spiffy clean, had a great sleep. Only thing i missed was i could not find butter for the toasts! Lol
