I booked a king suite at 6 pm and my reservation was switched to a queen bed at 9 pm. no email to advise of the change or call. The property has been updated and everything was nice and clean . The 2 issues i had was they needed a cash deposit. No receipt supplied for this deposit . And they undated the whole place just the leave the nasty carpet that looks like it survived a few dead bodies.

"No remote"

Room was OK but the TV did not have a remote. When we went to front desk she just said there has been a problem with that room. But she did not get us a working remote or change our room

Location was good for what we needed

Felt grimy Sink would not drain - couldn't brush our teeth in the morning as the sink was from the night before Bathroom was TINY
