The downstairs lobby area and you could tell they were trying new fun activities for the hotel. I only interacted with one front desk staff member and multiple cleaning staff. Cleaning staff were all very friendly and eager to help you. Front desk staff member was horrible see next answer.

You charge for parking and wifi- get with time... most hotels thats standard or included in the price. I was expecting to pay a certain price. No one likes getting nickeled and dimed after the fact. The extremely heavy set man at the front desk was useless. I checked in super late.. when I got there no one was at the FD and there was no way for me to get a hold of anyone to check me in. After about 10mins of waiting the large man comes from outside apologized but acted like it wasnt a big deal. This staff member also illegally parks his very large black tahoe/suburban vehicle right at the front making it hard for paying customers to maneuver their vehicles around his. After getting to my room I notice the AC is not working properly-kept saying wait and fan wouldnt stay on, I had no remote and the TV didnt work, nail clippings on the floor and pet fur all over the sheets. I tried to call the FD from the room phone but THAT DIDNT WORK as well. Called the hotel from my cell, the man who checked me in answered and said he had no extra remote and no maintenance here to fix the things. This is unacceptable. I technically had that room at 3pm but didnt checkin until 1am. No reason for that room to not have been prepared by the time I arrived.

Friendly staff. Free parking. Reasonable price. Hot breakfast included. Hot coffee was available 24 / 7. The fitness center was small but adequate.

It was hard to find. The nav system even had a hard time locating the property. Address is Fordham Blvd but the road says Service Road.

The bat products were excellent!

It was clean and comfortable!

I was not thrilled to have to pay for parking.
